Twin
wall polycarbonate panels come in a variety of thicknesses.
We use 10mm panels in our Harvester Series greenhouses. With
an R value of 1.89, it not only provides good insulation but
also significant strength to your greenhouse.
Many garden greenhouses are made with 4mm panels. Although
less expensive than 10mm panels, they just don't give a
greenhouse the strength to stand up to strong winds, hail or
heavy snow. We believe that the added strength of 10mm
panels is worth the added expense. |
